BookUX’s discovery booking flow
An implementation note about the system built into this website. This is BookUX’s own product example, with no claimed client conversion lift.
The requirement
A discovery call needs context before the meeting: the requested service, project details and current website. The interface needs to collect that context, show calendar availability and create a booking without sending the customer through unrelated pages.
The customer flow
- Select the service.
- Answer relevant qualification questions.
- Provide the current website or indicate there is none.
- Choose an available date and time with a visible time zone.
- Enter contact details and submit the appointment.
- Continue to a personalized confirmation when the backend reports success.
What the implementation connects
The React interface calls Next.js server routes for availability and booking. The booking integration validates the request, checks availability, matches or creates the contact, and submits an appointment to HighLevel. The confirmation layer provides a separate appointment experience after booking.
Integration credentials remain in the backend configuration. The frontend handles validation messages and distinguishes a successful booking from a failed request. This implementation still depends on valid integration credentials and the configured calendar.
The result we can demonstrate
The code implements a single service-to-confirmation journey connected to GoHighLevel. We have not published before-and-after performance measurements for it. You can inspect the interface on the homepage; submitting that discovery form requests a real appointment, while the examples on the work page are simulations.
