GoHighLevel + custom development
Custom booking systems for your agency's clients
BookUX works with agencies that need custom GoHighLevel booking experiences beyond a standard template. Bring the client relationship and workflow requirements; we can scope the interface and integration work behind your delivery.

Standardize the foundation, tailor the workflow
A shared set of accessible form and calendar components can support several client brands. The routing, service questions and confirmation content should still match each client's operation.
A home-service client may need service-area checks; a consultancy may need engagement selection. Reusing a visual template without changing those rules would miss the reason for a custom build.
Agree who owns each part of delivery
Define who provides copy, approves the design, configures calendars and workflows, and handles support after launch. White-label delivery is a project arrangement, not a promise that every third-party surface or communication can be rebranded.
We can agree on agency-facing documentation, client branding and a handoff process in the project scope. Hosting, maintenance, source access and ongoing changes should be explicit.
- Client-specific branding and custom domains where configured
- Qualification and scheduling patterns by service
- Calendar, contact-field and workflow mapping
- Tenant boundaries and scoped integration access
- Acceptance checks and support responsibilities
Test each client configuration
A working shared component does not prove every account is configured correctly. Verify calendar IDs, availability, time zones, field mappings and follow-up behavior for each client.
Keep credentials separate and define which administrators can change routing or calendar configuration. Test that one client's links and requests cannot access another client's appointment data.
Frequently asked questions
Can the booking experience use my client's branding?
Yes, the custom frontend can use the agreed brand and domain setup. Branding on third-party communications and destinations needs separate configuration and review.
Can one build support multiple clients?
A shared foundation can support multiple configurations when tenant isolation and account access are designed for it. We scope that separately from a single-client booking page.
