We use that information to respond, prepare for the conversation and manage the appointment. Chat interactions may also contain information you choose to share.

Systems involved

The site uses hosting and application services, and booking information is sent to the configured GoHighLevel integration for contact and appointment management. AI-assisted chat may process messages through an AI service. Avoid sending passwords, private API keys or sensitive records through a general enquiry or chat.

Usage measurement

Where enabled, first-party tracking uses browser storage identifiers to associate visits and interactions. It may record page paths, referring sources, campaign information, device type and booking or chat events. Configured location tracking may use approximate location and a hashed network address. Analytics availability depends on the site’s active configuration.

Third-party destinations

Links to WhatsApp, calendar services or other external sites take you to services with their own privacy practices. Information you submit to those services is also handled under their policies.
